Above guy is stupid, the 6300 is a perfectly capable gaming cpu. People run around on here thinking if you don't got an i7 4770k you have a bottleneck. I'm running an i5-750, which benchmarks a lot lower than a 6300, and pull 70+ fps on ultra. Your 6300 is as good as an i5-2500k, if anyone says a 2500k is bottlenecking a system to 20-40fps then they should not own a computer.

Insulting people on a forum isn't exacty polite either. OP did not elaborate on the extent of his problem; stating that it was confined only to BF4, so my assumption was that it was the CPU.
While the 6300 is a good CPU, it isn't that great either, especially pairing it with a higher end GPU. And the i5-2500k is still faster than the 6300, not on par.

Have you tried turning v-sync off?
Really you need Windows 8.1 for this game to run good but even on 7 you should be getting more than 40fps.
Heres everything you can try left:
Update all your drivers for your motherboard, try a different Nvidia driver version, update your bios, try overclocking your gpu and cpu. try the 780 in another build, try unparking your cpu cores.
I hope you find whats causing it...

Please guys stay on Topic and keep it clean. No insulting each other or attacking
Just to chime in
I do believe your are CPU limited in this scenario. The FX-6300 is a decent CPU but its not a enough to push a 780 to its full extent. I would advise before purchasing a new CPU to try Overclocking the 6300 first to 4.2GHz and see if that helps. Also could you please list full system specs.

But i dont see why i get a great fps in all games. and i got better fps in that game with my radeon 7850 on ultra then i do now with my gtx 780 and i play assassin creed black flag 40-60 on almost maxBut you also have to remember now all games require a strong CPU or even tax CPUs much. BF4 64MP is very demanding on both the GPU & CPU so in big fire fights or large maps if you don't have a capable CPU FPS will indeed tank.
I get
AVG: 82 FPS
MIN: 66 FPS
MAX: 140 FPS
on large maps with my 8350 @5GHz + GTX 780 @1080P Ultra w/4xMSAA & 100% Resolution Scale
I would try OCing your CPU and see if that helps and also disabling core parking

Have you Tried My Suggestion?
Ive heard that this works for some people. But alot of people seem to STILL be experiencing this issue.
*Possible Fix*
Go to the HDD that your BF4 is isntalled. For me its (E: ) / If you have one HDD, Yours will be (C: ) / X86 for 64bit OS / Program Files for 32bit
Go to Computer / E / Program Files (x86) / Origin Games / Battlefield 4 / _Installer / Directx / redist / and run DXSETUP
Might work, Might not

Lets skip all of that shall we.
This is assuming you installed "everything" from the drivers
1) uninstall nvidia 3d everything
2) uninstall "geforce experience"
3) make sure you tweak your graphics settings in your driver control panel
Overclocking is almost mandatory for that. Bring it up as far as you can safely.
The "duh" thing is make sure your bios is updated properly, and your drivers and everything are updated as well.
For my curiousity... how are people getting SIGNIFICANTLY higher than benchmark case study fps with lower systems?
