How do i merge my D and E drive (which is merged and is 900 gb) with my local C drive?

Because your C: drive is set as a Simple Volume, and the others are Dynamic volumes. You can convert your C: to Dynamic, but that can cause all sorts of problems for you. Especially if 1 of your drives fails. Lose a drive, lose your whole disk. This is no replacement for actual RAID levels.

What should you do? Not let that SSD get over 55GB full.
Install other things elsewhere. You can't 'merge' that with the other drives.
