What I have had to do sometimes in the past with dell, hp, mass produced pre built computers is I have had to contact them if I was unable to find anything online for what went where, and that is coming from a couple of the schools that I go to about once or twice a week for their computer stuff. Just go online and look up their number and ask for tech support. They may not be the brightest but they still have access to things for dell that some of us do not. If you are from the us I would recommend asking them to transfer you to a representative from the us which they are required to do if you request it. Just my experience with tech support for stuff like this over seas is that they don't care, nor do they hardly do anything but stuff a 10 year old could tell you to do.
