Hi. How can i disable a integrated graphics card (Intel GMA 3100)
because i want to buy a dedicated with 300w psu.. if i disable will it stop using power?

And can u recommend a graphics card for 300w psu (not high-end)

For most motherboards, the on-board graphic chipset is disabled when a discrete graphics card is installed. It's automatic. For a 300 watt power supply, I'd probably recommend nothing greater than an AMD Radeon HD7750 or NVidia Geforce GT650.

Radeon HD5570 DDR3. Best card in your list that won't over-stress the power supply.

The 5570 requires pci-e 2.1 and 400w psu.

I'm 99% certain that the Radeon HD5570 will work with your current power supply. It gets all the power it needs from the PCI-Ex16 slot and does not require an external power connection.

In order of preference:

HD5570
HD4350
GT220

Any other card available to you requires a better power supply.

Yes, that will work as well. I'd put that between the HD5570 and the HD4350.
