Currently, my computer is a bit weaker than I would like it so I'm planning on upgrading (GPU and PSU) in a few months. The problem is, I'm not sure whether or not these upgrades will work. My biggest concerns are the compatibility of the motherboard and if my case can fit everything.

Case: Cooler Master Elite 431
Motherboard: Gigabye B75M-D3H
CPU: Intel Core i5 3470
GPU: AMD Radeon 7750
PSU: Corsair Builder Series CX 430 Watt
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (4GBx2) DDR3/2133MHz
I want to upgrade to the EVGA GeForce GTX760 SuperClocked w/EVGA ACX Cooler 2GB and changing the PSU to the Corsair Builder Series CX 600 Watt. Will it work?
