So I recently got a new PC for Christmas. I had a list of parts that it was assembled with. In it, I asked for an AMD Athlon X4 750K. Now, I didn't notice anything wrong until I started playing a game, and checked heat levels. GPU was around 45-50 C, Motherboard around 45 C, but my CPU was at 80-85 C. Obviously, I assumed "this is not very good at all," and so I came here to ask: How can I reduce heat? I plan on getting a heat sink around January 6th (or at least order one.) Is there anyway to reduce heat? Reduce power being sent to it so that heat isn't being generated as much? Please, I don't want this brand new PC to break.

Quick edit: When it is idle, GPU sits at 33 C, Motherboard around 38-40 C, my CPU around 50-60 idle.

Solution
Just use Google to convert. Type "XXf to c" and it should give you the conversion. (Google knows all!)

Try CoreTemp and (if you have a Radeon GPU) AMD Overdrive.

EDIT: As for case fans, other than noise, there pretty much never a drawback to more. Worst case scenario is that some can mess with the airflow, and certain parts end up in a hotspot - this is usually the case with adding a side fan.

I've checked with HWMonitor, and Speccy. I would read speedfan, but it's in Fahrenheit and I prefer Cel. Also, besides noise, is there any drawback to having more fans? I've been thinking of adding 4 more (since my case can support up to around 7 120mm fans)
