I am pretty sure this is a mini tower and the graphic card i have right now is a Intel 35 express family chip so i need to upgrade it asap and i was wondering if that graphic card compatibility with my stuff.

This is general Optiplex family

If you have Mini Tower, your choice will fit. However, DDR3 is inferior to GDDR5 if you are upgrading for gaming.
If you are upgrading for HD videos and office work - you fine the way it is.
No PSU upgrade is necessary.
