Am I bottlenecking my GTX 760 SLI??

Will this RAM bottleneck these cards? I'm seeing less than satisfactory results on some benchmarks (Not all just some like Unigine Valley 1.0).

8GB Transcend Information DDR3 @ 667 MHz, its pretty crap right? ahhaha, I got it for free as RAM is bloody expensive right now.

As for reference, i scored 2499 on Valley at 1080p on Extreme HD preset and here is a chart with the result for someone else with 760's in 2-way SLI.

The bottom chart shows the right scores:

You shouldn't get a bottleneck like that down to RAM. What CPU are you running?

Also check your CPU and GPU temps and also find out what you CPU and GPU are running at usage wise.

Sorry i completely forgot to post full specs:

CPU: AMD FX-8350 4.3GHz OC
Temps:
Idle - 15-25 Celsius
Load - 35-45 Celsius

GPU's: Asus DCII-Gigabyte WF3 Both OCed
Temps:
Idle - 28 Celsius
Load - 68-70 Celsius

Motherboard: Asus Sabertooth 990FX Rev 2.0
SSD: Crucial M500
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM 1TB
OS: Windows 8.1

Use something like HWiNFO to find out what usage your CPU and GPUs are at. If it is a CPU bottleneck your CPU will be at 100% and your GPUs will be less utilised.

Also those temps are totally fine :)
