Help figuring out what Video Card I need

I need a graphics card to complete my 1st build... Due to the power supply I'm not sure what will be compatible. I have been looking at the radeon 7000 series and gtx 600 series but im lost.

Current Setup:

fx 6300 CPU - 95 watts
1600 Corsair Ram
1TB WD HD - ?watts
MSI 970A-G46 moba - ?watts
cx430m Power Supply
no disk drives

You can go up to a GTX 650 Ti boost from Nvidia or Radeon HD 7850 from AMD with that power supply.
These will give you playable frame rates on high detail settings at 1920x1080, but not on very high or ultra settings in graphically intensive games.
If you do want ultra settings, you should look at a GTX 770 from Nvidia or Radeon R9 280X from AMD, but these will require a minimum 550W power supply.

You can choose from the AMD 7850, Nvidia GTX 650 Ti Boost or Nvidia GTX 660.
These will all work with the system you have specified.
