GTX 760 not at 100% utilization (NOT CPU LIMITED)

Hey Guys,

For christmas I got a wonderful GTX 760 FTW 4 Gb card. Now I'm having some issues with the GPU not being used at 100% utilisation. This issue occurs in many games including Crysis 1, Assassins Creed 3 and Far Cry 3, to name a few. However, in games such as Crysis 2 and 3 the GPU is running at 98 - 99% utilization the whole time as it should. I am really not sure as to why it is doing this.

I know that I'm not CPU bottlenecked because my CPU isn't maxed out. I played the beginning ship level as well as some of the Boston level in AC3 and logged it so that I could make some graphs to backup my point.

Processor: Intel i5 Ivy-Bridge 3550 @ 3.5 GHz (turbo-boost).
GPU: GTX 760 FTW 4gb
RAM: 16gb

I have 3x monitors, and run my gaming monitor off my GTX 760 and run my secondary monitors off of intel hd.

You are CPU bottlenecked, and your framerates are more than fine, nothing is out of the ordinary.

I trust your not using Vsync on those games ehh?

And that does not look like a CPU Bottleneck. Otherwise he'd be at a constant 99-100% on all Cores

Nah I'm not using vsync. I don't like to use it anywhere unless I'm getting issues with stuttering or huge framerate changes, etc.

And yeah, i'm pretty confident as well that its not a CPU bottleneck, which is why i'm so confused about it - thanks for backing it up :)

Thanks
