Me and my brother got my upgraded pc to work it has a new motherboard and case so we turned it on and saw the motherboard screen so he said ok I got to go now and left and told me to put on thermal paste to the CPU cooler so I did screwed back in the mother board and put the gpu back in and I plugged it in and turned it on and nothing displays and the gpu fan is running what do I do???
