Looking for some opinions on my build, planning on going SLI in the future with a heavy OC (4.5Ghz+) on the CPU.

So far I have bought the Harddrive at 45$, PSU at 120$, case at 90$ and hoping to get the CPU and MOBO in a combo with the CPU being 200$ and the MOBO being 140$.

Wondering if I should hold out on the GPU or Fan and hope for a deal or just go for it. I heard the gtx 770 was 300$ in early December? Also, is January a good time for computer part sales?
