Hello, i'm new to the building your own PC and I want to start gaming on a desktop.
I have a Dell Optiplex 755 SFF and here are the specs:
Windows 7 professional 32-bit(6.1, build 7601)
Intel(R)Core(TM) 2 Duo CPU E6550 2.33GHz
4GB RAM
1TB HDD
Direct x11.

What do I need to upgrade to start gaming?
Please and thank you

Ok, basically you have no room for upgrade with that power supply and would be better off building a new system with gaming in mind. A decent gaming system can be had for $600 that will rival the ps4 while still having all the function of a full fledged computer
With that cpu, just buy a 650ti and that will be about the max you can get before wasting money due to your cpu bottlenecking a higher end card.

The 7770 is another card that would do for around the same price. To have either of these cards, you will need a compatible power supply

Yeah I had a feeling I was going to have to get a new PC or build one at the most.
Thanks for your answers.
