[SOLVED] updating to OS X 10.9

Here is the thing... a year a go i downloaded mac lion via torrent and install it...last night i was trying to upgrade to 10.9.i start downloading everything went smoothly it asked me to restart.. after that i got an error that hard drive is damage and cannot be repair...anyway i delete my whole hard drive and lost my whole data..and now i need to install mac again till i reached to a message that telling me this apple ID has not purchased MAC lion which is true but i have no other option..please help

Buy OS X and learn how to install it on a Hackintosh the legal way that is the only option. No one here is going to help you pirate any software including Mac OS X! Software downloaded by a Torrent file is against the forums rules read them!
