minimum psu requirement

Solution

CPU up to 130W
Two GTX 680 cards (assume overclocked versions) = 450W
Other components = 50W
Total = 630W
You want to run the power supply at about 70% of rated power at full load.
630 / 0.7 = 900W

If your CPU is more energy efficient than 130W or the particular cards you choose are rated at less than 225W each, this could be less.

Solution
850W should be safe for SLI no matter how much power the GPU sucks but it would be well within limit of 850W.

This is a very high quality PSU right now available for a lot cheaper. Get this, it is awesome. Also it is semi modular.
