i7 2600k question

Hello to all the people that more computer savvy than me. I have a quick question for you all. I want to upgrade my gtx 560 ti to a gtx 770, so here's my question will non-overclocked i7 2600k bottleneck the gtx 770.

Here's will quick rundown of the my current PC configuration.

i7 2600k at stock speed cooled with a push pull configured corsair H40.
Asus P8Z68 deluxe/gen 3 with bios updated to support ivy bridge processors
Asus gtx 560 ti
corsair vengeance 8GB 1600 MHz running at 1333 MHz 9-9-9-24
Cooler Master Silent Pro M1000
Samsung Blu-Ray combo
2 Asus VS228H-P monitors
Mushkin Chronos 120GB SSD for Windows 7 Ultimate.
Seagate Barracuda 7200 500GB for storage.

so if i were to get the GTX 770 i wouldn't have overclock my CPU to fully utilize it or it's a given that i would have to overclock it a little bit?

thanks for the quick replies
while i no experience in overclocking, i don't mind if i have to, but I'll probably just end up using Asus Suite II's TurboV EVO tool to auto-overclock

Ive just got a 780 Ti and i have a 2600K. If you want to free up your cpu some more then id suggest getting a soundblaster card to take care of your audio whilst gaming. I got a massive boost in fps when i got one.
