So I want to download a few games/updates from steam when I build my future PC.For this,I obviously need an internet connection an a fast one as well.So I was thinking about buying this:http://www.flipkart.com/huawei-e3121-3g-data-card/p/itmdknnxdx9jqyzn?pid=DATDKNNXS5AREXJX&ref=bb2474ef-6e3f-46ea-8a89-7c593cd91713 In some of the use-reviews,its said we need to put a SIM card in it.But the category on flipkart said 7.2 mbp/s.Was this a reference to the maximum supported speed?
I've never used wireless internet in my life(ethernet for internet) so I have a few questions:
1.Internet plans often refer to maximum download limit.Does this mean I can't download games beyond my ISP limit?
2.If I insert a SIM into the linked data-card,will I get the internet speed of the inserted SIM cards?
Thanks and please answer!

Solution
The device supports 3G with download speeds of up to 14.4 Mbps according to the link you gave.
The actual download speed varies based on signal strength at your location and how much bandwidth your ISP has available.
You need good 3G signal strength at your location to get anywhere near this speed.

The download limit of your plan is the maximum you can download in a month before they cut you off or start charging additional fees.
The SIM card is like your identification to the network. It doesn't affect speed.

Check plans carefully. Games on steam are regularly over 1Gb and on a wireless connection you can easily pass your limit.
