Actually they come with extras Through the two recent build's ive done i have like a whole box full of screws spare and 4 or 5 spare wires. It also depends on the companies you buy from what wires you will be provided with.

Also depends on the country you are from. For example, sometimes you get a HDMI cable with your HDMI ready GPU, and in some cases you don't xD

With a power supply it is one of the most important parts of your pc since if it malfunctions it can fry the rest of your system. I would personally go with either Corsair or Thermaltake since they are reputable companies who make high quality parts.

Yeah, I heard that the raidmax ones tend to fail. Get something from Corsair / Thermaltake / Antec / SeaSonic / Zalman
