How to see error log?

My pc is shutting down after 5-10 minutes after booting it. My monitor loses signal but cpu fan continues working. Is there some way to see error log after i restart it with a different gpu?

I opened it and i see nothing weird, only critical errors from me manually shutting down the pc, and some kernel tracker error but it also appears when pc is running good. Nothing special...
