Immediate help on pc build plzzz!!!

Solution
If you arent sure about the overclocking or going sli, you might be better served staying with what you have. For overclocking, you'll want a socket 1150 z87 board, and that would surely increase your price, possibly by a large amount.
Realistically speaking, if you do decide to upgrade the system in a few years, going by todays prices(which will be lower, obviously) you could install a z87 board for about 100 dollars, which would give you the ability to overclock, if you choose the 4670k version of the cpu.
Z87 board would also give you the option to SLI.

Prefer prebuilt on aus prices, only worries about PSU, video card and MOBO are they all good enough?

Dont want a K chip cause i wont be overclocking, Dont want a Z87 cause i only want what i need, wont upgrade much

Yes, they will all work together, and have pretty decent performance. Few quick thinkgs you should be aware of though:
1 You wont be able to do any overclocking with the cpu, so, if it starts to fall behind a bit in a few years, instead of just oc'ing, youll have to buy a new cpu/mobo.
2 The motherboard isnt SLI capable, so in the future, instead of just being able to slap a second card in there and do SLI(which is often the cheapest course when upgrading a vid card), youll be required to buy a new one, or another motherboard if you choose to SLI.
3 With no overclocking, there is NO reason to not use the stock intel cpu cooler, so you can drop the Cooler Master TX3 from the build, and save yourself a few bucks.

I can go to a 4670k but i dont really know if i will overclock, neither will i know if i will SLI in the near future :/ or whats a good mobo thats as cheap as the 1 i have now?

Great quality PSU.
GTX 760 video card will allow very high detail settings at 1920x1080 resolution in currently released games, consider the GTX 770 or R9 280X if you want ultra detail settings.
Motherboard is a good basic board from a quality manufacturer.

See i mainly play Saints row 4, Skyrim Farcry 3 and other high end games like BF running them at high at 60 fps or even ultra is fine atm, i play a sh*t tonne of dota 2 and Counterstrike and theyll be fine on this build, can the higher end games like Assasins creed black flag, skyrim, farcry 3 and BF4/3 run on this setup on ultra or high averaging 55-60fps?

Also keeping cool?

The GTX 760 won't get you close to 60 FPS on Ultra settings in these games.
Expect 40 FPS with High to Very High settings.

You need at least the CPU you have to get to 60 FPS, so I don't think you can downgrade anything.
A GTX 770 will get you about 40 FPS in Far Cry 3 with Ultra settings and close to 60 FPS in Battlefield 4 with Ultra settings.

40 FPS is fine. To get to 60 FPS you are going to have to spend a lot more money and it really isn't necessary.
