Here is my current spec rig:

RAM: G.Skill RipJawsX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 PC3-14900C10 1866MHz Dual Channel Kit
Storage: Samsung F3 HD103SJ 1TB - Hard Drive
Samsung 840 Series Pro 128GB 2.5 inch SATA Solid State Drive - SSD (Main OS Drive)
Graphics: Asus AMD R9 280X 3GB DirectCU II TOP OC
CPU Cooler: 140mm NH-U14S Noctua Slim U-Series Intel LGA1155/1156/2011 &AMD FM1/FM2/AM3+/AM3/AM2+ CPU cooler
Case: Coolermaster Storm Sniper (Black Edition)
Case Fan (Exhaust): Noctua NF-F12PWM Case Fan 120 mm (will get more 200mm fans when Noctua come out with theirs)
Display: Dell U2713HM AH-IPS Display
Power Supply Unit: OCZ MODXSTREAM PRO 600W OCZ600MXSP-UK

I've just upgraded my graphics card and on the box it recommends a 750W PSU. I've gone through a load of different PSU Calculators and all of them state my system would only use 500-600(or 650)W under load. I've not had any problems whatsoever to this point, I just want to know if my current PSU is going to be fine as it is, or If I should save for a higher rated one.

So, to be clear, unless I get that PSU I could get random shutdowns etc. because the current PSU can't handle the power draw needed. That's a good, reputable PSU with good efficiency and will last a long time?

I notice that isn't modular. Which modular PSU would you recommend?

Yes indeed Corsair is an amazing brand it is the PSU brand i use personally.
If your PSU cant handle the power draw your computer will become unstable and unexpectedly shutdown
This PSU will fulfil your needs
Hope this helps :)
