LG Black 14X BD-R 2X BD-RE 16X DVD+R 5X DVD-RAM 12X BD-ROM 4MB Cache SATA BDXL Blu-ray Burner, Bare Drive, 3D Play Back (WH14NS40)

windows 7 64 bit

i have an old 42" LCD hdtv im gonna attempt to use as a monitor if that makes a difference.

* i would put my max budget at around 2500k but i was aiming for 2k. This computer will be way way more then i need it to be. At the moment i dont play much of any games, but that will be what it is mainly used for. I see it as a gun, better to have one and not need it, then to need it and not have it. But i dont own a gun, so i substituting it with a PC.

forgot a case.. NZXT Phantom PHAN-001WT White Steel / Plastic Enthusiast ATX Full Tower Computer Case.

Max budget?
Get the i7 4770K instead of the i7 4820K otherwise upgrade to i7 4930K.
Get a TX 650, or if you want to SLI or Xfire later, then get a TX 850.
Get 8 GB Ram @ 2133 instead.
Get a better cooler.
Get a Evo or Pro instead of the normal 840 SSD.
Get a R9 290 or a gtx 770 if your budget permits you. Get a 256 gb ssd maybe if you dont have enough money and upgrade to a gtx 780 or r9 290x.
And the most important question. What will you be using It for and what is your max budget?

I added the case and changed some stuff. i didnt change the Sdd cause it does say EVO and the PRO one is 50% more money. IF you got a comparable suggestion ill gladly take it. As it sits now with shipping and a new copy of windows im over the 2500 mark, but its acceptable to me.
