Hi. I'm planning to get 2 SSds: one Samsung 840 evo 1TB and another Samsung 840 evo 750Gb.
I've searched other thread regarding raiding, but the topic always seem to focus on 1 single ssd vs. 2 ssds in raid. However, my case is that I need 2 of them, because I'll be using a software that requires almost a terabyte and that will completely be stored in one disk and other disk for others. Thus I was wondering if raiding for my case is necessary. Of course, raid 1 is not an option anyways..

in order to configure in RAID 0, 1 , 10,etc. two SSDs, its required to be the exact same model, so you can't anyway

No it's not. There is absolutely nothing apart from common sense preventing you from configuring different SSDs in RAID.

@OP: Just use them as separate drives.
