Heya folks, I'm getting a new gaming PC and I've pretty much settled on this:

- MOBO Asus M5A97
- GPU AMD RADEON R9 280X 3072MB
- CPU AMD FX 8320
- RAM Kingston HyperX 8GB DDR3 1600MHZ
- Case Cooler Master K380
- HDD 1TB sata3
- CPU Fan Scythe Katana 4 Games Edition
- PSU CoolerMaster 600W 80+

I can get this for around 800 euro's, which is stretching my budget as it is. I'm focussing on expandability in the future with a decent out of the box performance.
Once I have some money for it I'll put in a small SSD to use as bootdisk, upgrade to 16gb ram, add second gfx card for xfire etc.

Since I've never put together a pc before I am buying through a webshop, but they have decent customisability.

I was wondering if anyone had any tips for improvement which wouldn't effect the price much.

Well, it would be cheaper if you built it yourself, that's if you are willing to learn. Theirs many step by step tutorials on the internet and its not as hard as it looks. But if you are scared of mucking something up, then I say that build looks good and you should leave it as it is
