Depending on where you live, I'm assuming USA, why not swap your motherboard for the ASRock z87 fatal1ty which is a much better board and should be cheaper
Have a look at it:
http://
It has some nice gaming features like Killer NIC, great audio and good...

Yes and no:)

You have a very powerful unlocked CPU, a non overclockable motherboard and a weak graphics card.
What is the model of the Thermaltake PSU? I could probably recommend a better PSU.
If you want to play new games you will probably want a more powerful graphics card.
If it makes the computer too expensive you might want to consider a more balanced build.

What do you intend to use the computer for?
If it's games which games do you want to be able to play?
Do you have an overall budget and what country are you in?

It has some nice gaming features like Killer NIC, great audio and good overclocking ability, also has sli support which the msi is lacking

Cooler master don't generally make the best power supplies, and, you don't need a 750watt unless you are thinking of going sli/crossfire
Swap it out for this:
http://

Or, if you are thinking of sli/crossfire
http://

Heres a 60gb ssd. although I recommend a 128gb because the 60gb can get quite full when you start loading programs
http://

For a mid range card, you can look at a 7850/650ti boost
http://

Or, if you can spend a bit extra, get the much better 270 or 270x
