It looks all good, but like the other guy said, make some headroom with psu. I would reccommend taking it up to about 600w or 650w, and also forget the 1x8gb rams tick, make it 2x4. The reason for this is because dual channel ram works faster than single channel, and will improve your gaming. ;)

You should consider swapping the motherboard out for a 970 chipset or better. The 760g chipsets are really old and don't go well with the newer fx series chipsets. You would also have problems upgrading to an fx8xxx in the future

Change the one 8gb stick to two 4gb 1600Mhz sticks just for dual channel. 1866Mhz does not make a difference in gaming

Change the hdd to a 7200RPM as it is faster and shouldn't be allot more

Everything else looks fine, but you can probably get a 650ti boost/7850 for around the same price or slightly more

Why change your psu?, the cx500 is more than enough for your whole system. No need for a 600W

I suggest you change your motherboard because your current motherboard will not take a 125W processor hence you will be stuck with the fx6300 and cannot upgrade to an fx8320/8350
Something like this would be better:

or
http://

Change your memory to 2*4 gb for dual channel
http://

And, your hard drive to a 7200RPM
http://

You could also swap the 650ti to a 7850, which is a couple pounds more but faster
http://

This, a 600W PSU will allow for more upgrade space.

With your current setup, a 500W is more than enough.

The minimum power requirement for a 650ti is 400W

A 500W would be more than sufficient to power your whole system, including additional fans

Even if you are looking to overclock, your motherboard will hold you back a bit

The only time you would really need a 600W is if you are going sli, in which case your motherboard does not support that

But yes, for upgrade space, 600W is good
