Opinions on builds wanted

I know very little on pc building and gaming just thought I would get that out there. I have 2 builds one that I made with help and one I got from another thread. The one I made is my expensive build with a max at around 1000 -1100 http://pcpartpicker.com/user/thebestbutton/saved/3gBK . And the build I got off a thread is my mid range build with a max of 600 http://pcpartpicker.com/user/thebestbutton/saved/3gBR . I'm just looking for recommendations on how to improve the builds and which one I should get. I can get the expensive one but I don't know if it would be a case of diminishing returns mainly because I don't really know just how good each build is so if u could tell me that as well I would appreciate it. Also if think a build sucks fell free to put ur own just make sure it's in the price range and that a noob to all this can understand it. Monitor, os, etc should be included in expensive build but not for mid also I intend to play it with my television so I don't think I need a monitor. And lastly these rigs will only be used for gaming netflix and YouTube so not editing

I suggest to change CPU/ Case/ CPU Cooler /HDD... See this will be a good rig ^

If you want to get better gaming experience get Intel Processors... If you go with Intel this would be the rig -

I prefer the Intel as they have more powerful cores than AMD but still if you overclock AMD you can get good performance but at present not better than Intel... In games like BF4 both AMD and Intel give equal good performance as theses games utilise good cores... Still you can get any of the above setups... :)

I don't know how to overclock so I'll try the intel thank u but do I need a monitor or can I use my tv also is it worth the money or will the difference between it and the mid range be barely noticeable

If you do not want to overclock your PC then get Intel Core i5 4670.... It is just the same processor but just it is locked and cannot be overclocked :D

Which TV are you having? Can you specify the model number..?

I think the difference would be barely noticeable if your TV supports HD picture quality...
Give it a try and see if you get good graphics on your TV or not... If you think you are not satisfied with your TV you can still buy a monitor...
