I'm not going to be using my PC for at least 14-15 weeks and don't want to come back to it covered in dust and don't want to go cleaning all the insides before I can use it again. No-one else will be using it during this time. Can anyone tell me where to get them/recommend any?

Clean it out now.
Put a kitchen garbage bag over it.
Done.

No expensive 'dust cover' needed.

Computers while off to not just inhale dust. Yes the outside will collect some and some will make it into the system, but I do not think I would be too bad. It is a different story with top vents I guess.

I recommend you just cover it with a garbage bag(EDIT, beat to it) and switch off the power switch off the power supply(or power bar).

I am sure someone is going to say that will static kill the system with static shock, but the fact is static killing a system is 99% of the time from a human touching a part with them having the build up of static, not the other way around.

The other option is to place the system in its box that it's case shipped in if you still have it.

I use dust cover for my desktop PC to minimize the cleaning and to protect my PC from dust and moisture. I purchased it in Amazon and it has great quality and durability unlike those cheap plastic stuff. The cost is minimal and the design is sleek. The cover is made of durable yet flexible modern copolymers, this dust cover slips over the top of your display for unrivaled protection. This protector guards your desktop monitor from dust, moisture, static, oils, paints, children, pets and more. It's available in several sizes at Amazon. http://www.amazon.com/Dust-resistant-smooth-antistatic-Monitor/dp/B00DTGG3SU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=undefined&sr=8-1&keywords=computer+dust+solution+monitor+dust+cover
