Hey, im looking for this old space ship game, it was a 2D game but with advanced(?) graphics so it was sort of 3D(not cartoonish).
the player flies upwards while enemy is coming from above.
there were multiple drops: money, coin shaped, each coin had a different color(for ex 100 was green i think and 200 was blue or something like that) the lowest coin was 10 and the highest was 200(if i remember correctly). in addition you could pickup(or buy) speed bust, time bust and strength boost(im not sure about the last one but there were 3 boosts). you could pick letters, extra life, shield and mini games(memory game and escaping asteroids in which you can get money and dimonds).
it also possible to pick better guns but the best one that drops from enemies was the quadro shot.
you need to buy better weapons, the best 2 weapons were a laser and some sort of a blue asteroid ray.
In the end of each level theres a mini boss that drops a gem, if you collect all of the gems you rank up(i dont think it actually affected the gameplay but it was nice, like an extra score meter).
In addition, every couple of levels a big boss appears, he is really hard to kill but drops money, gems and boosts.
ohhh and if you dont finish a level quick enough a space ship(which is really hard to kill) shoots a missile at you, the longer it takes to finish the level it send more missiles.
