cooler master TPC 612 or 212 evo?

The TPC 612 (not pwm) is on sale for the same price as the evo. I currently just have the stock Intel cooler. I've been saying I will get an i5 CPU for the last six months so I hate to keep saying it but I still want one and yes I will overclock it. I'm looking for best temps and noise levels. Later I can switch out the fan if the stock one is kinda noisey. Oh and also it has a 15 dollar Mir but I don't always get around to them... Thanks for Any help

So I had spent my morning researching and the best I could come up with is the TPC 612 cools better than the evo according to some websites I haven't looked at before and know nothing about. So that's my plan right now is to go for the TPC 612 later today

stay away from the tpc 612. it apprently has problems with the pipe contact. and personal experience with this. the stock fan cooled my cpu better thant he tpc 612. The other versions of the 612 however seems to be fine from reviews.
