I have i3 2120 and i want to buy hd 7870 .....will my cpu bottleneck the Gpu ?..
And i have cooler master extreme 2 525 will it handle the gpu?

Solution
There might be a slight bottleneck but nothing to worry about, and yes that psu should be able to cope, but i would upgrade anyways for more headroom. It would be best to go for a 600-650w. :)

It depends on the type of games as some are more gpu dependent than cpu, so you shouldn't see much of a difference. Although, you will be severely bottlenecked if you are playing multiplayer games like bf3/bf4

That psu should be enough

Taken from half-a-dozen reviews:
You will need to have at least two six-pin connectors and a 500-watt power supply to run the HD 7870. AMD recommends you have four six-pin connectors available and a 600-watt power supply if you want to use a CrossFireX setup with two HD 7870 cards.
If your existing power supply meets these criteria you will have no problems.

Don't worry, go for it. You have a card that supports mantle. Nothing to worry. Except waiting for release of mantle.

As long as you have 2x PCI-e connectors on your PSU it will run fine. And there is no possible way of you damaging the GPU.
