Upgrading with windows 7 issue, new drive

Hello, I currently have 2 drives.
1SSD
1HDD
And I am going to get a pair of SP900s from A DATA and put them into RAID.
The problem is that I dont know if I can move my OS on to the new disks, or if I can reuse the same OS key that I got when I bough Win 7.
And if I cant do any of those things, should I get another copy of windows 7, or up it to windows8.1?

I'm pretty sure you should be able to Image your drive and then transfer it to a new one.

As for using the Key, that will work fine.

Personally I would stay with Windows 7, but that's just my preference.

Nono, I have my OS on an SSD, and im getting 2 new ones t put into RAID.
I want the two RAIDed ones to be my primary disk with my OS

In that case; you should encounter no problems.
