Well I have wanted to get into pc gaming and was looking at graphics cards.I decided that when I get the money I will buy the Radeon 7970 so I looked at the prices and at Amazon www.amazon.com/Sapphire-DL-DVI-I-SL-DVI-D-PCI-Express-11197-03-40G/dp/B009B6Y01Y

It was $650 new but at Newegg it was $390 (Price before I clicked into it on Google)

Except for the Amazon one being overclocked (which I believe you can do on your own for free) I don't see any difference

Also off topic here if I was to get this graphics card could somebody recommend me an i7 cpu.Thanks.

The graphics card is all important for gaming.
For the cpu, a 4670K and any Z87 based motherboard is as good as it gets.

A GTX770 would be a good pick, and a GTX780 is about as good as it gets when using a single monitor.
I tend to like Nvidia cards because they tend to run cooler and quieter.
You will get similar performance and value from either amd or nvidia at any price point.
If you are looking at a 4k monitor or triple monitor gaming, then double those options.
You will only be able to detect performance differences with a synthetic benchmark.
I might prefer the second card. It has a blower style cooler which will keep your case cooler.
The first card has a more efficient fan type cooler, but it depends on good case cooling.

Lastly, since few games can use more that 2-3 cores, the hyperthreads of a i7 are not useful.
Save the difference, buy a 4670K and apply the savings to a stronger graphics card. You will game better.
