The PSu is not good. Chane to an antec, XFX, Corsair, Seasonic 500w-600w unit.

I'm pleased to say everything looks OK apart from the PSU; I would use a more well-known brand such as corsair. If you are overclocking make sure you have good cooling (I recommend corsair water-cooling) to insure nothing overheats and breaks :)

Change psu to seasonic, corsair and ram to Kingston hyperX if no price difference. Rest its a good system

I personally do not recommend a closed loop cooler. They are not really any better than air coolers and they make alot of noise in comparison.
