also i dont know what os to have windows 8 32 bit or 64

Since you've chosen 8GB RAM, a 64bit OS is needed.

Your PSU is not a trusted unit, so replacing it would be a better idea. XFX, Corsair, Antec, and Seasonic are the good ones. And go with a standard ATX cabinet, you will need the space to fit in every component.

You can go with a 64bit OS to make full use of the RAM. I personally prefer Win 7.

And for the case, that's pretty small. You'll be limited on what GPU or air cooler you might want to add later.
And not really that much of a smaller footprint vs a regular ATX midtower.
