Does my motherboard supports a Core i7 CPU?

Hi, I'm having some trouble..... I wanna improve my PC but I'm not sure if it will support a Core i7 CPU...... Right now I'm using a Core i3 .....

Additional Info:
Motherboard Name Foxconn H57M01
CPU that I'm using right now -> CPUID Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU 530 @ 2.93GHz (GenuineIntel)

Front Side Bus Properties
Bus Type-> Intel QPI

I wasn't sure if u need all this .. but here we go :) ThX
 
Solution
The socket type on that board is LGA 1156. You'll need to find a processor with an LGA 1156 footprint. The Intel 860 is a i7 processor that would work. Google is your friend.
