Solution

That build is great nothing can be added to suit budget.
with above build you can easily get MINIMUM OF 40 FPS and above.
770 is very good GPU and you should chose it above R9 280x which hasnt came with a decent Coolers (Only XFX one which doesnt seem any good).

For headsets i dont have any idea...

[strike]Please mention what all you need.
CPU ,Mobo, Ram, HDD, SSD? , GPU, PSU, Case. (MUST PARTS)
Others: Monitors , keyboard/mouse , Wireless network card etc..[/strike]

EDIT: thats a nice choice of parts.

P.S: compare parts and prices at Flipkart.com so that you will get some near about prices that will be in India to you.
as parts here are expensive then foreign.

Only part is Headset i never heard of that in India so better choose something available here :p

Also for Case go for Elite 431 available in India.
Speakers and Headsets needed to be chosen from Indian sites. Those brands arent available here.

for GPU go for MSI 770 2GB OC which will be a better choice because the ones available for R9 280x arent with a good Cooler.

Rest again all seem fine.
ANyways GL with your BUILD :D

For headsets i dont have any idea , i use cheap one but for you a Philips like brand will do good. However you should be able to look for variety at local stores.

at the end i will conclude that PC is ready to go for high setting gameplays at very good FPS atleast a 40fps and ABove making a good average for 60 FPS.

I wouldnt trust an r9 series card. Heat and fan issues. Just get an nvidia. They make great cards for gaming. Great free programs to help you maxamize your games and physx

..
GO FOR 770 , In India there is not any good R9 280x released yet so gettign a bad cooling 280x is a very bad choice.
770 on other hand is much stable.

Just get that MSI 2G 770 OC is a nice choice , and i think it will come with games codes ( cuz i am not sure if that offer available in India ) and that offer is about to end near about January End .
