Any help would be much appreciated im a first year applied computing student so im not completely inept and I have absolutely NO IDEA what is wrong
I would really appreciate some help here.

PC SPECS BELOW
System running win 7 64b
AMD quad core FX-4100 Bulldozer
8gb ram ddr3
Palit geforce GTS 450 1024mb extreme overclocking edition (im not overclocking btw)
Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 Motherboard

memory dump setting are wrong for this problem. set your system to do a kernel memory dump when you bugcheck. the mini kernel dump does not have the needed info.

also, turn off any overclocking
edit: update amd chipset drivers, and BIOS for your machine also.
the error code indicated a hardware exception. make sure no memory or cpu overclocking is enabled

Ok Swifty I updated to latest flash player and the problem just occurred again a few minutes ago twice.. lol so not that
Thanks very much for the suggestion though :)

Thank you for taking the time to help with my issue.

I will do as you ask and set the system to do a full kernel memory dump, wait for the issue to re surface (shouldent take long lol) and reply with the required file

Im pretty sure I have the main boards overclocking feature turned off but I will recheck same thing with my GPU im pretty sure all the overclocking features are turned off but I will check again.

As for the bios I know for a fact I updated it to the latest version a couple of weeks ago when I made this fresh install of windows as for the AMD chipset drivers if memory serves I did that at the same time I updated the bios but ill re do it now to make sure.

Thanks again!
