what should i do BSOD memory management and BSOD system service exception

ok so i just built a pc and installed windows 8.1 nicely

But recently i have encountered a few problems

#1-BSOD MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
#2-BSOD service system exception

I am new to computer building and software installation so please be patient

i have struggled to install my chipset drivers because of the BSOD i tried to use live update 5 but i just downloaded it and didnt install it so i tried to install it manualy but i duidnt know how

i currently have bullguard

ive also tried to install windows updates but the last two wont install

amd athlon 760k 3.8ghz

corsair vengance 4gb ONE STICK
wd 1tb hdd
lite ihas dvd drive
corsair 430m psu
sapphire hd7750
nzxt source 210 elite
windows 8.1


ps how do i know whether i installed drivers or not
 
generally, if you get a BSOD, make sure all overclocking is turned off in the BIOS, then update the OS and drivers. if you still get a BSOD. run whocrashed.exe on the memory.dmp file and see if it gives a clue as to which driver caused the failure. after that I would post the dump on a cloud server like skydrive and maybe someone can take a quick look at it with a windows debugger and see what windows thinks is wrong.
