System Constantly beeping now wont turn on HELP!!!!!!!

So I installed a new MB yesterday and everything was fine computer working and all that, then I left my computer to eat and returned the computer was in sleep mode so hit the power button to turn it on and encountered a constant beeping. So I turned it off, Now when I turn on my computer the lights and everything works but it doesn't turn on! HELP!!!

Should be fine, sometimes they just need reseating. If this is a recurring problem then look further into it. We had a lab of computers have this problem regularly, took some CRC electrical contact cleaner to it and never had the problem again.

I reseated the ram and that has fixed the problem! Should I have any reason to worry?
Its seems to be working fine now!
