Sorry, I'm a bit new to this.
Got a new switch for the house (first managed switch @ home, no vlans)
and I'm trying to set up a LAG between it and my ESXi server. I've set up NIC teaming on ESXi, and set both the server and the switch to IP Hash. But whenever I create the LAG on the switch I lose connectivity to the ESXi host.
Does this have anything to do with me not having any vlans set up (other than default - 1).
Honestly, I dont even know where to start looking because I'm so new to this. If you guys could point me in the right direction, or walk me through this I can try get you all the screen shots / info you need.
FWIW, the switch is a TP-Link TL-SG3216
