Ok, so I've read a lot on how to get the most out of my new AMD computer (Hopefully the specs are shown down below). Anyways, I've read that 1600 or 1866MHz is the fastest my system can really use. When I was building this computer I came across an article on Maximum PC and in the comments some users were saying that an AMD FX-8350 processor needs faster ram speeds to stretch it's legs and use it's full potential. Does anyone have proof of this being true?

Not that I know of, in fact unless in small amounts, havent seen any 8350s that could even run more than 4-8GB of 2133 (at 2133), and those took a healthy OC and a good amount of extra voltage to CPU, DRAM and the MC (memory controller).....am thinking you might be thinking of the AMD APUs, they do in fact like faster DRAM and utilize it well - though more towards their internal onboard GPU than in actually CPU type utilization as they aren't as powerful as the FX cores - at least at present - the new upcoming line of APUs, Kaveri, are suppose to be stronger and perform much better - think looking at Jan '14 for their release
