Seasonic is a better brand. Plus that fact that OCZ failed HARDOCP's review.

I don't know how the OCZ bankruptcy might affect things.

Voltage regulation is very good on the OCZ as well as very low ripple but it has less modular connections than some PSU, the Seasonic unit is one of their more average units with group voltage regulation and not the best cross load performance. But as has been stated OCZ is in bankruptcy and I worry about warranty coverage. I would go for the Seasonic.
