Diamond Radeon HD 6670 Problem

Hello, I'm having this weird problem with this video card. I got this video card (Diamond HD 6670 2 GB) about a few months ago. Never used it till now. I just got a new motherboard (AMD ASUS M5A97 R2.0), along with 4GB DDR3 1600 MHz Crucial RAM, and a AMD FX-4130 Zambezi 3.8GHz Socket AM3+ Quad-Core Desktop Processor. The hard drive is my old 250 GB Hard Drive (I wanted a TB but parents couldn't afford) and I just reinstalled Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit on it. Now, everything works and all, except the video card. I booted its driver installation disc on windows start up and installed all its drivers needed. When I make it to the desktop, all I see is this:

I have no idea why it's doing this for. The video card is properly seated and locked in the PCI Express 2.0 x16 slot. Any ideas? (sorry for the huge paragraph up there ^)

  1. Try uninstalling the gfx driver again and reboot to Windows. Does the generic driver windows loads do the same thing? If not, then run CCleaner and do the Clean and Registry both to get rid of possible registry errors. Then download/install the latest driver for your card and OS.
