hello my graphic card is gtx 650 ti 2GB
in windows experience index the graphics & gaming graphics were 7.6 out of 7.9
and now they are 6.9

i checked the bios, changed some stuff. like the mb thing in graphic card it was running on 64mb i changed it to 1024 mb. saved and went on desktop i checked this index and it dropped down, so i returned them to 64mb and saved and got back to the index and they are still the same. i downloaded the latest driver for the graphics card, still its 6.9 please help? and does this affect its power in gaming>?

No effect on your gaming. The WEI is periodically updated for new hardware and your 650Ti that at one time was a top end card is now middling, so the score dropped. No concern though as it is an unimportant number and your performance measures (FPS in games) are the definitive measure of performance. As long as your card runs your games to your satisfaction, you are good.

thank you, but the problem in fps is , when i had BF4 ultra settings no lag, i swear, the fps was 27-35 lol, i had no lag at all on ultra and the fps was that low , to play on good fps it should be 60+ idk why it was that low tho there wasnt any lag

To get BF4 at 60+ FPS takes a much more powerful video card. The key is that you must have some of the enhancements disabled. As long as it plays with no lag -- don't change anything.
