I've done a lot of research trying to figure out why I cannot access my external hard drive. It shows up on my disk management but I cannot initialize it. I don't know if my external drive is damaged or I have to do something from the computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I would like to access my files.
When I try to initialize it, it pops up with a box that says "Access Is Denied".
