I cleaned my whole pc today vga and cpu. The bios update isnt the problem i think, the game worked fine 6 months ago. There is one thing where i possible went wrong like 1.5 year ago after buying this 6 months earlier i wanted to get the fan of my cpu for some stupid reason, i tried to get it off with a small handle next to it that didnt work.I quitted back then and left the problem at that time it there any possibility i damaged my cpu in the meanwhile?

Well about the fps i am not sure, i can play games like a assasins creed black flag without any malfunctions.
Just bought dayz it stutters but since it is pre-alpha i thought it would be not worth mentioning.

reinstall csgo. if its JUST CSGO then theres obviously a driver conflict. you could try to reinstall a previous driver. (i never delete my old ones) if you can play any other game no problems then that throws out a possibility for a bad component. check your amd control center. make sure you dont have vsync or some other performance deboosting feature enabled.
and you're welcome. tom's hardware is the best dont try andantec... all i have to say lol

test portal 2 or left 4 dead 2, they are basically the same engines. I do remember hearing random bad performance in CS:GO lately too. might just have to wait for that to be fixed.

or go extreme and just reinstall windows. sometimes starting fresh is the best. I like to do a fresh install every 6 months or so. you can always back up any important files.

Well since i cleaned it temprature is 60degress in game but still have fps drops in l4d2 and CS:GO, where can i stop the multi core rendering cant find it.
In game i have 99 fps in places with other players only problem is the long distance areas and action in l4d and CS:GO.

Btw my temp is 60 only when i turn on the graphics overdrive and force my fan to 45% all the time. If i let it at automatic its goes to around 75.

Yeah, long distance and action can drop your FPS. I hit mid 70s in places, my average is about 100 in firefights with the game settings maxed. I believe Multicore rendering is in the video settings -> advanced options menu, somewhere on the right (in TF2, G-Mod, and CS:S at least). In CS:GO it's somewhere in the video options menu, try playing with it off and on and see if there's any difference.

Not that I know of. You could try entering fps_max 0 into the console before playing the game but I doubt it would help, it might just increase your max FPS slightly.

Are you sure your FPS has decreased over time? Download HWMonitor and keep it open while you're playing games. Send a screenshot of the monitor results here.

That is the HWmonitor info you asked for. Problem still not solved gonna format i guess..

The temps all look fine.

However, your +3.3V is very low. It could potentially be a PSU problem, I'm not aware whether a power saving application could cause it to be that low. It should only fluctuate about 0.2 either side of 3.3, at least from my experience.

What's your PSU model?
