Is this a good motherboard upgrade?

Hello everyone i am looking to upgrade my motherboard (GIGABYTE M68MT-S2 rev 3.1) so i could upgrade my cpu to the AMD FX 8350. I was hoping i could get some suggestions on what motherboard i should upgrade to. i already have my eye on two - ASRock 990FX Extreme 3 & Gigabyte 970A-DS3P. Could anyone suggest any others or comment on the two i stated? Thanks

ASUS M5A97 R2.0 AM3+ will be much better for the fx8350. If the ausu is over your budget, I will take the gigabyte one because at least the MB can support the fx8350 http://www.gigabyte.com/support-downloads/cpu-support-popup.aspx?pid=4591 and the asrock does not list it at all. http://www.asrock.com/mb/overview.asp?cat=CPU&Model=990FX Extreme3

If you have problem later because both of MB have only 4+1 power phase (VRM), if it is overheat then the PC will freeze or shutdown, so you can use the cpu cooler with a top-down blowing design to cool down CPU and its surrounding components.
