Hi, I was wondering if someone can help me. I need help on my first build and hopefully this is the place to get it. Im a first time builder looking to build a gaming PC with an option to upgrade down the line without too much hassle. Im new to PC building so am finding it hard picking the right parts. I recently sold my laptop and PS4 and decided to build my own PC that would out perform the PS4 and XB1. I was hoping someone here could give me some ideas.
Approximate Purchase Date: Monday December 30th

Budget Range: €1100 after shipping and rebates - (can possibly make it €1200 if needed)

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, surfing the internet, watching movies.

Are you buying a monitor: Yes

Parts to Upgrade: I'm a first time builder, starting from scratch so I need everything.

Do you need to buy OS: Yes

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Whichever site ships to Ireland and accepts Paypal or debit card.

Location: City, State/Region, Country - I live in Wexford, Ireland.

Parts Preferences: Would like an intel machine with a graphics card with enough VRAM to run games like Fallout and Skyrim at max settings with lots of mods.

Overclocking: Not right now but would like an option to in the future.

SLI or Crossfire: Again, Id like to future proof my pc so an option for this would be nice

Your Monitor Resolution: I need a 27" 1920x1080 monitor in the overall price too

Additional Comments: I would like a quiet PC if at all possible and also need wireless keboard, mouse and wifi as well. :) Maybe what Im asking is too much for given my 1100 euro budget but Id like to see what you guys can come up with.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Im 36 and have played consoles all my life and it just seems like a smart move for me as I want to be able to do more with my games such as adding mods. When I look at all the games I never got to play and all the restrictions that come with playing games on a console I feel stupid.

Thanks for reading.

That was quick. Thanks for the reply.

But I need peripherals and monitor included for €1100 (€1200 max) which would put me over budget. Maybe Im asking for too much with this budget.
In any case thanks for the help.

**EDIT** Just noticed that you have indeed added a monitor to the build. My mistake.
This looks fantastic sir thank you very much.

Just noticed that it also excludes price for power supply too. Bummer.

There you go. This should do it! I changed the case, which is still a decent one, changed the power supply and removed the third party cooler which you can still buy additionaly in future for you to get some more MHz out of the CPU. It is still little above 1200 range but i think its worth the extra bucks. What do you think?

Ive made a couple of changes to my initial idea. I have now ditched the monitor as its something I will get in a few months and also left out a mechanical hard drive as I have a spare 500GB one that I got from a friend. Can you look over my build please and tell me what you think? http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/

Your build is excellent. If you're getting other peripherals later id go with Extreme4 motherboard that is a bit more expensive but has a bit better OC potential too.
I like the case you've chosen. I'd also get a good CPU cooler if you want to start OCing at the beginning or get it later ofc. Good choice would be a Noctua NH-U12S (12mm fan) or even better NH-U14S (14mm fan).

This, the Extreme4 is pretty much meant for OCing.
