What motherboard should I get out of these 4?

I will be using a 8350 and might be overclocking.

I personally would go with the Gigabyte board. I just like them and think they are pretty good quality and such. The two most expensive have USB 3.0 slots, and the Gigabyte board has an extra PCI-Ex16 slot but otherwise all of those boards are pretty similar.

You might want to wait two weeks though if you haven't bought yoru new CPU yet. AMD will have new CPUs out then and they might be better.
